We make every effort to display product details and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, actual product results may vary slightly based on usage, water quality, and dilution ratios.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be completed before delivery unless the Cash on Delivery (COD) option is selected.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if suspicious activity or incorrect information is detected.

4. Delivery Policy

Orders are processed and delivered within 3 business days depending on location.
Free delivery is available for qualifying offers (e.g., “Buy 2 & Get Free Delivery”).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur additional delivery charges.

5. Refund and Guarantee Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If our product does not meet your expectations, we offer a full refund and will send 2 replacement bottles free of charge.

To claim a refund:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and a short explanation of the issue.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests made outside the policy window or due to misuse of the product.

6. Use of Product

The dishwashing liquid is highly concentrated.
Dilute up to 5L of water for a 500ml bottle depending on your cleaning needs.
Improper dilution or excessive mixing may affect product performance.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy.
Any personal information collected (such as your name, phone number, or address) will be used only for order processing and communication purposes.
We will not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

ABM Industries will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase amount.
