We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely while keeping you informed every step of the way.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
     

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins immediately after order verification.
     

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.
     

 

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
     

  • Orders within the main city limits are often delivered faster.
     

  • Delivery to rural or remote areas may take a few extra days.
     

 

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery is available for offers like “Buy 2 & Get Free Delivery.”
     

  • For single-bottle purchases, a small delivery fee may apply based on your delivery area.
     

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown before you confirm your order.
     

 

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Sri Lanka through trusted local courier partners.
If your area is not covered by our delivery service, we will notify you before processing your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a WhatsApp or SMS update with your tracking details or estimated delivery time.
For any delivery-related questions, you can contact us directly via WhatsApp.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

We do our best to deliver on time, but delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or bad weather. If your order is delayed:

  • Contact us, and we’ll immediately follow up with the courier.
     

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient, re-delivery fees may apply.
     

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Take a photo of the package and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
     

  • We’ll either replace the product or issue a refund based on your preference.
